Most records and document management systems charge per user. It sounds simple, but it creates a problem: every extra person who needs access adds to the bill. So organisations ration licences, and the people who don’t get one keep saving files wherever they can.
That’s the opposite of what good records management needs.
Pricing that encourages adoption
FilePlan 365 is priced on one thing: the number of documents you store. There are no per-user licences. Give access to everyone who creates or uses records, including part-time staff, contractors and occasional users, without counting seats.
When everyone can file to the right record, the whole organisation benefits from the structure.
Monthly plans by volume
Plans are billed monthly and based on the number of documents stored, from smaller teams to organisation-wide deployments. Prices are available in pounds sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD) and Australian dollars (AUD), and every plan includes every feature.
For very large volumes, we offer custom Enterprise Plus pricing.
Predictable and easy to forecast
Document volumes tend to grow steadily, so costs are easier to predict than headcount-based licensing. As you grow, you move to the next plan, with no need to renegotiate every time a team changes.
What counts as a document
A document is a single file stored in FilePlan 365, including all of its versions. Saving a new version doesn’t count as an extra document.
Try before you choose
